About Kim Wood

For the love of joyous moments

I recently relocated from Colorado to Maine; two very picturesque locations.  My love of photography started with the beauty of the outdoors.  I spent the majority of my non-photography life as a rural judge.  Photography was my escape from the daily negativity of the courtroom.  Now, my focus is solely on doing what I love…photography.  I derive great joy celebrating families, specializing in weddings, family portraits and senior portraits.  These events should be joyous and infused with a sense of humor.  The experience is as important as the end product.  Sitting in front of a camera can be uncomfortable.  I provide an experience that captures true laughter and priceless tears of joy.
